Aaron Brask Capital, LLC is an independent registered investment advisor (RIA) located in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. We focus on financial planning and investment management. We work closely with our clients and always maintain a fiduciary standard. As the business expands, we are looking to hire a dynamic individual who will assist the founder across all areas of the business.

This is a full-time role and this hire will work closely with the firm’s founder on a daily basis. Physical presence in the office is required at the start but remote working and further flexibility may be possible as the business evolves. Areas of focus include but are not limited to:

  • Business development and efficiency
  • Client onboarding and relationship management
  • Sales and marketing
  • Back-office administration
  • Financial planning
  • Portfolio management


Specific experience in the above areas is a plus but not necessary. Required attributes of the ideal candidate include:

  • Highest ethical standards
  • Specific interest in investing and financial planning
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
